Exactly! But they will NEVER admit they are more DEI (Didn't Earn It) than we are. I went through years in corporate America where white women who barely finished high school were put in charge of managing Black college grads stuck in the "dungeon" of a law firm doing nothing but slinging paper. We were legal and paralegal grads with secondary degrees and certifications, and a high school senior was OUR lead manager? Really? Who WAS affirmative action for, because it certainly did little to none of US any good.
